5 Ways to help stress & anxiety

Years ago, I was stuck in the constant hustle of corporate life, pushing through exhaustion and anxiety until my body and mind simply said no more. It was during my journey to wellness that I discovered the natural power of aromatherapy, and it literally changed my life.
Now as a qualified clinical aromatherapist and holistic wellbeing practitioner, I’ve seen first-hand how the right essential oils can ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and bring emotional balance. 1. Lavender – Nature’s Calming Ally

3. Geranium – The Female Balancer
Geranium essential oil is often referred to as the “female balancer” due to its powerful ability to support emotional and hormonal equilibrium. This is my go to essential oil (well named in this case) and I use it in more of the JustBe blends than any other aromatherapy oil. With a soft floral scent that is both uplifting and grounding, geranium helps ease mood swings, reduce irritability, and promote emotional stability, particularly during the menstrual cycle or menopause.
