Add one teaspoon per cup, shake to ensure you get some Elderberries and infuse in boiled water for at least 6 minutes. If you’re needing a pick me up, add a slice of lemon or a spoonful of honey.

Enjoy a tea bath by simply adding some fresh herbs into a muslin bag or stocking and soak in a warm bath. The anti-inflammatory properties of Elderberries can ease joint pain and help with skin disorders such as eczema. Add a handful of porridge oats for a moisturising bath milk.
