How to Enjoy Your Chocolate Mindfully

A fun way to experience being mindful rather than having a mind full whilst eating chocolate - what’s not to love!  We’d like to introduce you to JustBe’s aromatherapy chocolate – chocolate blended using the purest aromatherapy oils. So not your normal bar of chocolate and one to be enjoyed one square at a time.

Start by reading the wording on the packet. Open the packet. Inhale the aroma, let it sweep over you. Notice how you feel. Break off a piece of chocolate and look at it. Really let your eyes drink in what it looks like, examining the texture and the topping.

Place the square of chocolate on your tongue and let it melt.

See if you can notice the flavours as they release and revel themselves at different times.

As the chocolate melts, let it trickle down your throat.

If you notice your mind wandering, gently bring it back to the present moment.
