Start the year as you mean to go on

If you'd like to get fit, eat well and feel good, join me on the 26th & 27th of January for the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival. There's an exciting line-up of yoga & pilates classes, talks, workshops and a wellbeing market place with massage, therapies, free health consultations, natural beauty products and delicious food and drink.

I'll be part of the panel discussion 'how to build a successful wellbeing business' 12-1pm on the Saturday and will be joined by Wellbeing Business Coach Lynsey Hanratty, award winning Pilates trainer and founder of Pilates PT Hollie Grant, and one of London's top yoga and nutrition leaders Julie Montagu.

Be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to the 1st day by either tagging a friend that you'd like to bring with you on either the Facebook or Instagram post, or simply email with the header 'Win Tickets for Wellbeing Festival'. The competition closes midday on Sunday the 20th of Janaury and winners will be notified soon after. Good luck.

I was delighted to be interviewed by No.1 Magazine as part of their real-life section 'I quit my desk job to follow my dream'.

This issue is out now, with Jennifer Aniston on the cover and includes the founding stories from 3 other Scottish female entrepreneurs: Jo Mathewson, Christy Hyslop and Claire Murray.
