With the day's getting lighter, and the weather slightly warmer, there'smore than just Valentine's to celebrate this week.

I felt very honoured that Edinburgh School of Food & Wine hosted a JustBe Induged evening for me last week. The talented team created a taster menu to showcase the versatility of the JustBe herbal teas & chocolates.
The menu included salmon smoked with JustBe Active Tea (spearmint & cloves) and infused with JustBe Loved (hibiscus, rose and jasmine). The flavour combinations was delicious. Head tutor, Chris Stewart, also created mini JustBe Happy ice creams and JustBe Energised Crème Brûlée's in egg shells (my personal favourite), both made from JustBe's aromatherapy chocolate.
In addition to being able to sample the dishes, there was an opportunity to experience the full sensory experience with the 6 signature aromatherapy blends of rollerballs, inspiration cards, herbal teas, chocolates and JustBe in tune music.
